The space Situated on Ciovo island, in the small place Arbanija this newbuilt house offers unique experience in the natural enviroment. Total 140 square meters in size on two floors connected with internal staircase it consists of a completly furnished kitchen with dining table and comfortable living space, 5 rooms (two of them with double beds) which can accomodate 8 persons and 2 bathrooms with showers. The spacious balcony provides an amazing view on the Adriatic sea, which is located only 50 meters from the house. You can enjoy on concrete and pebble beaches. In the frame of this air-conditioned space also available are wirelees internet access, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, free parking place in front, green garden with chairs and deck chairs. From 2019 year we built a New private parking place suitable for 2 cars, so now our guests enjoy full privacy both in the house as in the sourandings.
