Completed in July 2014, this gorgeous beach house is professionally decorated and landscaped and situated just steps away from the emerald surf of the Gulf of Mexico. Gulf Breeze provides guests with the luxuries of home during their vacation stay at the beach, with simple elegance and ample room for 2 families. The 1st floor showcases a king bedroom suite with private bath and large shower, a half bath, laundry room, kitchen, dining room (seats 8), a living room that looks out on the saltwater pool (16 x 38) with LED colored lights and entertaining area. The 2nd floor provides guests with an additional king bedroom suite with private bath with tub and separate shower, 2 queen bedrooms, a small bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunks and 2 hall bathrooms with bathtubs. Enjoy Gulf views from the 2nd floor den and balcony that overlooks the pool. The den is equipped with a queen sofa sleeper, large flat screen TV, Sonos indoor/outdoor (streaming from your iPhone) stereo and wet bar with wine/beverage fridge. Guests will also enjoy the use of complimentary WiFi, hot and cold outside shower, along with garage access for additional parking.
