The space Beyond its charm and the vegetation that surrounds it, the Chalet "Le Romantique" has all the necessary amenities for your comfort. There is a kitchen equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine to prepare delicious breakfasts for your loved one. The refrigerator, meanwhile, will be perfect for keeping a bottle of champagne cool! Finally, a bathroom and a separate toilet adjoin the main room. Guest access Our romantic cottage is 50 minutes from Bordeaux, 1 hour from Arcachon and 13 minutes from Bazas. You therefore have access to your private HOT TUB, and can enjoy walks on the estate, or a fishing trip on our private pond (please note, you need to bring your own equipment and fishing license) Enjoy your weekend for two to browse nearby markets Grignols: Wednesday (3 km) Bazas: Saturday (11 km) Casteljaloux: Tuesday & Saturday (16 km) Langon: Sunday & Friday (23 km) Other things to note The Domaine de l'Airial des Monges is located in Marions, in the heart of the lush landscape of South Gironde, at the gates of the Landes de Gascogne massif and about 50 minutes from Bordeaux. • The origin of the Airial: An "airial" is a hamlet or "neighborhood" typical of Landes tradition: a large open clearing covered with lawn and shaded by centuries-old oaks in the middle of the forest. It originally comprised several traditional houses and their outbuildings (barns, sheepfolds, dovecotes). • The historic site: The estate covers a 42-hectare property comprising forests, meadows, gardens, a pond with its millrace, and a fully restored traditional mill. • Takeover and renovation: The project led by the owners made it possible to renovate, enhance and develop this group of rural buildings (Landes-style house, Bazas-style house, mill, dovecote, henhouse, chalet) into an exceptional guest and vacation estate. The Domaine de l'Airial des Monges is designed as a versatile, adaptable and rejuvenating venue. Its uses fall into 3 main categories: 1.
