Other things to note Nobody likes additional costs, that's why I'm writing to clarify a few things. In fact normal, no abuse is included. However, when guests set air conditioning to 16 degrees and take thick blankets, the air conditioners consume a lot of energy and can freeze and even break. We don't tolerate abuse, or you just pay for it. SUMMER; Normal use of electricity 50 KWH included, use must be paid in cash at check-out, at the average weekly cost price. 5 of the 7 bedrooms have air conditioning. WINTER; During cold periods there is central heating, this must be paid separately per m3. You pay for what you use, there is a gas meter to monitor your own consumption. Normal use as an indication is 25 euros per day. Do you want pool heating? You only pay the cost of electricity 65 euros for heating, 3 days in advance, then 20 euros per day for electricity costs. FOR MONTHLY RENTALS, ALL ELECTRICAL ARE CALCULATED WITH THE GUEST. PETS; We do not accept cats, but we do accept dogs (maximum 2) but not heavier than 10 kg.
