Description

Apartment is on the ground-floor has a large open plan living-dining room area (boasting a double sofá bed and an additional bathroom). Bedroom with very comfortable double bed and en-suite bathroom. Bright and airy, the kitchen opens to the patio, which is shared with Apartment A The space This beautiful old house has just been renovated and split into 5 unique and spacious apartments. Each unit has been decorated distinctly in a bohemian-chic style, a mixture of classic Scandinavian pieces and Spanish charm and style. The house preserves the original high ceilings and balconies and many of the features of the classic Andalusian house built in 1900 (designed by famous Andalusian architect Guerrero Strachan, author of Hotel Miramar in Malaga) Guest access Access is allowed to the whole apartment. Patio is shared with another apartment and other apartments windows open to it so, please, respect the rest of the other guests when using the patio. Washing-drying machine is out of the apartment and shared with the rest of the apartments in the building. Other things to note COVID-19 Given the current health situation caused by COVID-19 and following the recommendations from local authorities (Junta de Andalucía, Ministerio de Sanidad) and World Health Organization, we have implemented an strict protocol in our cleaning and disinfecting procedures to guarantee that you can enjoy your stay without worries and safe. Besides the usual cleaning and ventilation of the apartment it will be completely disinfected using the products and equipment recommended (Health authorities and WHO). Our procedure includes doing an extra effort in the cleaning and disinfection of those elements with a high contact and use level (remote controls, handlers, taps...) We have set a 24 hours margin between bookings so a proper cleaning, ventilation and disinfection of the apartment is done before new guests arrive. Cleaners will wear the recommended protective equipment and follow the protocol to guarantee there is no contamination during the cleaning. While this situation lasts we cannot offer cleaning of the apartment during the stay. Also, during this situation, we must be more strict with check-in (15.00) and check-out time (11.00) to guarantee that the apartment stays empty during at least 24 hours between bookings. If you would need to check-in before 15.00 or check-out after 11.00, please let us know in advance. Temporarily we have removed from the apartments all those non-essential (decoration, touristic information...) During the check-in process and key handle, phisical contact will be avoided and personal distance maintaned (1.5-2 meters). To make it shorter, if you need any information about the city, restaurants... or anything, just let us know in advance and will try to give you an answer before your arrival.
