Room for rent in cozy apartment near Globen & Tele2 Arena

My apartment is homey and decorated with a lot of warmth and love! It is located close to the "heart" of Gamla Enskede, with its cozy atmosphere, several local restaurants, cafes and grocery stores nearby. It is a 5-minute walk to the subway "Sandsborg" that takes you into the city in 10 minutes. In addition, both Avicii Arena (Globen) and Tele2 Arena are within easy walking distance. It is easy to get here by car and parking spaces are available on the street. You are most welcome to my home and to Stockholm! The space The apartment is 70 m2, newly-renovated, on the 3rd floor at the top of the house. There are two bedrooms. The bedroom I rent out has a bed that is 140 cm wide and a desk. You will have access to kitchen, bathroom and wardrobe. In the second bedroom, I sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, etc. A very nice bathroom with a large shower. And of course, all the necessary things such as towels, sheets, TV and WiFi are included. Guest access A private bedroom. Other areas are shared with me.
