And a lovely refreshing pool .CARspace available The space Rooms are clean and tidy with linen provided ,There are two bedrooms in this space so can accommodate a group of four but you will need to book each room independently . There is a large 60 inch flat screen TV in the living area as well as a 50 inch TV in each bedroom with FREE Netflix , Stan and Prime , and a new kitchenette that is well equipped . The area has an under house chill out area attached and a lovely 12mx 5.8m in ground pool . New carpet and vinyl has just been laid . And the area is fresh and bright . This is a private self contained apartment downstairs ,and is very handy to local shops and pubs ,along with a lovely river walk . Free Netflix and Stan is available to guests in the lounge area . And a washing machine and dishwasher is at hand . Guest access downstairs door Off road parking is available for CARS ONLY Other things to note Children are not hosted here , if you intend to bring anyone under the age of 16 , I must be notified Immediately . Guests that book for one night only will be charged 3 dollars to use the washing machine per load . No sleeping in the shared lounge area The kitchen closes at 9.30pm for the comfort of all guests
