Guest access Guests have access to the entire property, adjacent parking and BBQ area. In the house you can use all available rooms, living room, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and dining area. Access to the premises that provide the life of the house (furnace, water filtration room, generator room) is limited. You can use the outdoor swimming pool and sauna only by prior arrangement with the host. Other things to note Dear guests of my house! It is mandatory to conclude a lease agreement for a residential house when booking or before check-in, while the tenant provides the owner of the house with an identity document with a photo (passport of a citizen of Ukraine, foreign passport or driver's license) 2. Only the number of people agreed upon in advance, immediately before moving in and specified in the contract, is allowed to stay in the house. 3. It is forbidden to hold a noisy party or any other mass event, unless it has been agreed with the owner of the house. In case of violation of this clause of the contract, the landlord has the full right to terminate the contract unilaterally and demand that the guests leave the house in the shortest possible time. Payment and deposit are non-refundable. 4. Only the person for whom the lease agreement is drawn up accepts and rents the house. If the guests decide to vacate the house earlier than the agreed time in the contract, they must notify the host in advance, at home, so that he can accept it. In this case, the difference in payment is not refunded. 5. For each damaged or missing item, the tenant shall reimburse its current market value. 6. Staying in the house with pets without the consent of the owner is strictly forbidden. 7. Attention: smoking any cigarettes, including electronic, IQOS and hookah in the house and in the sauna room is strictly prohibited. Before moving out, the host will definitely inspect the house and if traces of smoking or the smell of tobacco are found in the premises, the deposit will not be returned to the tenant. Smoking is allowed in designated outdoor areas as well as in the BBG. 8. It is important to remember that the house is in a rural area and respect for neighbors is a priority for the owner of the house. If you like loud music and dancing, then the first floor of the house is at your disposal. Only quiet background music is allowed outside during the day and according to the general rules of living in a private sector, you need to keep quiet from 22-00 to 8-00 on weekends and from 21-00 to 8-00 on working days. During the quiet hours, it is strictly forbidden to shout loudly and sing, as well as to use sound reproducing equipment. 9. It is forbidden to open the doors of the house and let strangers (including utility workers) into the territory of the household (at any time of the day). 10. It is forbidden to move large household appliances and furniture in the rented house on your own. If something bothers you, then you should contact the owner of the house directly and he will take care of your comfort. 11. We ask you not to walk in the house and sauna in outdoor shoes. Disposable slippers are always available for your use. 12. It is recommended to leave the house clean: if you do not have time to wash the dishes, just load everything into the dishwasher, put a tablet and press the "START" button and please throw the garbage in the bin, which is either in the courtyard of the house or immediately outside the territory of the household. 13. Follow fire safety rules. Turn off the lights and electrical appliances when you are not in the house. 14. When leaving, do not leave the water taps open, and if guests want to temporarily leave the household during their stay, they must inform the host. The house will be guarded by a security service. 15. We strongly recommend that you do not leave your personal belongings in the house when you move out (at the end of the rental period). There is a possibility of emergency check-in of the next tenants, who may not report the items found. 16. Decorative plants are planted on the territory of the household. Please treat them with care. 17. The house is equipped with a modern security and fire alarm system. For the safety of guests, the territory adjacent to the house is under round-the-clock video surveillance, but it should be remembered that the tenant is fully responsible for everything that is on the territory of the household throughout the entire time of his stay. 18. It is forbidden to use any pyrotechnic means, fireworks, firecrackers, sparklers, or any fireworks during the stay in the house and throughout the household. Before moving out, the host will inspect the house and if any violations of this rule are found, the deposit will not be returned to the tenant. 19. In the event of any problems related to the functioning of the house or in the event of any unforeseen circumstances, the owner of the house should be immediately informed Enjoy your stay!
