Beach studio for 2 (D21)

Only available for monthly rentals of more than 32 nights. Beachfront studio apartment, with equipped kitchen, dining table for 2 and a double bed. With smart TV, open closet, a small kitchen equipped with Nespresso Coffee Maker, fridge and microwave. The bathroom comes with shower cabin and fresh towels. There is a washer and a drier in the laundry room that is in the common areas. It has an extra charge. Guest access The apartment is self-catering. Weekly cleaning is not included in the rate. If guests require cleaning, they must request it in advance and pay the fee to confirm the service. Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies they may need that are not provided in the apartment at the time of check-in. Laundry facilities are located in an outdoor space across the yard, easily accessible to all guests. The laundry room is equipped with two washer and dryer towers, ensuring good availability. Each machine operates at a cost of €4 per wash or dry cycle, not included in the stay rate. Other things to note There is no weekly cleaning included in the rate. The apartment is self catering, the guests must buy what they need and its not provided at check in, shall they need more things extra to the ones we already offer.
