Dion's Place, House w/ 5 bedrooms. Jaro, Iloilo

This is a 2 storey house with a gated garage and fenced vacant lot at the back. Although it has 6 rooms, one room is occupied by the caretaker. Booking is whole house based on the number of guests. Our place can accommodate maximum of 25 guests. But because of ncovid19 pandemic, we shall be observing safety protocol on social distancing and limit maximum capacity to 10 guests at a time. The space The place is fully furnished with 5 bedrooms, 4 bath room/cr, 2 receiving rooms, living room, dining room, and kitchen, a carport, garage and a receiving area on the 2nd level. Inl the backyard is a laundry and drying area which can also be used by guests should they want to laundry their cloths Guest access Receiving area and balcony on 2nd level may be used exclusively by occupants of 2nd floor. Terrace and garden at the ground floor however is a common area to socialize with everybody. Other things to note Kids below 7 yrs old are free of charge. Children between 8 to 10, half of adult rate. And children above 10 are expected to occupy one adult bed space. Guests must advise caretaker if they are expecting any visitor/s, and if they are going out late as well as the expected time they would be back. Heavy drinking and making loud noises is discouraged.
