Our apartment is located on the second and last floor of an old small building in the city centre of Poitiers very close to the Cordeliers shopping centre, less than 10 minutes walk from the train station and 5 minutes walk to Council House and the market. The Futuroscope is a 20 minutes drive from the apartment Our place was renovated in Juin 2021 and is fully furnished. There is one bedroom with one double bed and one sofa bed. We can accommodate up to 4 people. The kitchen will allow you to prepare your own meal. You will also find a bathroom with a shower and toilet inside the apartment. We provide linen, tea towel, towels, cutlery, all kitchen equipment, a fridge, a kettle, microwave, coffee machine, induction cooktop. No smoking inside the apartment. Guest access Check-in is from 5 pm and the keys will be available in a key box. Our concierge will send you instructions between 24 and 48 hours before your arrival.
