My welcome-to-Tbilisi apartment is in a calm, gated neighborhood just a 3-min walk from the metro and is well-connected to central locations. It features a cozy bedroom with a 160cm bed, a studio room with a TV, air conditioner, and pull-out sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a washer, and a bathroom with a shower. Enjoy fresh air, morning coffee, or evening wine on the spacious balcony. The 8th-floor apartment is elevator-accessible, and free parking is available at the building entrance. The space As the owner of this apartment with extensive Airbnb hosting experience, I prioritize providing guests with the same level of comfort I value during my own travels. Renovated in September 2019, the apartment has been thoughtfully designed with every detail carefully considered to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Guest access In most cases, keys are securely stored in a locker, and the access code will be shared with you prior to your arrival for a seamless check-in experience. Occasionally, we also meet guests in person to hand over the keys. Our office is conveniently located nearby, so if any issues arise that require our assistance, we’ll be there promptly to ensure your stay is smooth and enjoyable. Other things to note For Russian and Belarusian Travelers: Due to current circumstances (blocked airways, travel restrictions, financial sanctions, etc.), instant bookings may be canceled. Please contact me before making a reservation, as your stay requires prior approval. Important Note: Many flights to Tbilisi arrive in the early morning (around 3 AM). To ensure a smooth arrival, we recommend booking from the previous day, as check-in begins at 15:00. Early check-in / Late check-out: Standard check-in is at 15:00. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional fee. Up to 2 hours — 50% of one night’s rate; 6+ hours — full night’s rate. Power/Water/Temperature Information: During winter, our underfloor heating keeps the apartment comfortably warm at approximately 24°C. In summer, the air conditioner ensures a cool and pleasant atmosphere. We kindly ask you to use water, electricity, and heating responsibly: 1. Please turn off the air conditioner when leaving the apartment. 2. In winter, if you’ll be out for an extended period, switch off the heating to prevent unnecessary energy consumption. The apartment warms up quickly upon your return. Linens, Towels, and Cleaning Services: Clean towels and bed linens are provided based on the number of guests (2 or 3). Additionally, two extra plaids/throws are available in the wardrobe for your comfort. The apartment is professionally cleaned before each new guest's arrival. For extended stays, fresh linens and towels can be supplied for an additional fee. Optional cleaning services during your stay are also available at an extra charge.
