Ducusin Villa Hot Spring Resort and Events Place is located in a gated and secured Lakewood Subdivision overlooking Mt Makiling. It can accommodate up to 35 persons. It has a jacuzzi, a 5ft pool designed for kids and adults. It has a large space for events like birthdays, reunion etc. Other amenities includes videoke, wifi, large living room with LED TV set. 5 airconditioned bedrooms with own T&B. A large living room with a 65 inch Google TV. Other rooms with TV are Room 2 and 4. The space The space offers complete kitchen needs like refrigerator, gas stove, water dispenser and stainless grill . The caretaker's unit is outside the space so the entire space is for the guests alone. Guest access We have the kubo area where guests can also relax like the good old fashion way.
