If you look for a central but still quiet, quality, air conditioned and clean place near the city centre with excellent transportation, you are at the right place.The apartment will be yours only:) The flat is on the 2 floor. Book it now,the whole apartment is yours and a real Hungarian drink awaits in the fridge. The space The flat is a perfect starting point to explore the city: it is only a 9-minute walk to the transportation hub of several bus lines and the metro station, that takes you to all the important sights of Budapest. Grocery, pubs, public parks, restaurants, pharmacy, shopping centre are nearby. If you are looking for night life, the whole district is full with ruin pubs and clubs. In the living room is a king size size bed and the gallery features a double size bed.Both the two bed and come with fresh linens and comfortable pillows. There is a multi-functional wardrobe room with many hangers, a bookshelf and a rack for your shoes. The wardrobe is equipped with drying rack, iron and ironing board. Furthermore, to keep your values safe, there is a vault in the wardrobe (with instructions on how to use it). Reliable high-speed internet is provided via Wi-Fi connection, and for those lazy days there is a smart TV and Netflix. The fire place and the special lightning make the living room cozy and unique. It has an inspiring atmosphere for work as well with the table and armchairs in the corner. The kitchen is large and fully equipped including fridge, microwave, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, sink and all glass, cook and tableware, that you may need during your stay. Even there are some basic spices you can use for cooking. In the kitchen there is a dining table with 4 chairs. I also provide gratis tea and coffee for the easy mornings. In the spacious bathroom there is a bathtub with shampoo and shower gel, a washing machine (washing powder and fabric softener are provided), fresh towels, hair dryer and towel dryer. The toilet is in the bathroom with plenty toilet rolls for your stay. There is 2 more important thing I want to let you know: 1. For the purpose of recording the data, guests over the age of 14 using the accommodation service shall present their personal ID card, driving licence or travel document suitable for verifying their identity to the accommodation service provider. Accommodation service providers shall refuse to provide the accommodation service if the document is not presented. I have a smart key system, so you will need to scan the documents upon arrival. To do this, you need the "VENDÉGEM" app. Please send me your email address and I will send you an invitation to the "VENDÉGEM" app where you can easily scan your documents upon arrival.Please upload your details to the My Guest App no later than 24 hours prior to arrival, this is a condition for booking the apartment. I'm sorry to have to give you this task, but in return you can check in earlier and check out later. For the safety of both of us, there is a camera at the front door that only sees the front door and only listens when it is opened. This is important because there is no alarm in the apartment, I hope it doesn't bother you, but if it does, let me know. The apartment is heated by underfloor heating, I can provide 22 degrees of warmth. If you need warmer temperatures, let me know, but unfortunately you will have to pay extra for higher temperatures.
