There is living room with open-plan kitchen. Kitchen is fully equipped with all needed amenities. dining area has space for 3 people. There are two bedrooms. Master bedroom has a king size 180 cm bed. Second bedroom has three single beds (90 cm). Additionally the living room sofa opens up for a comfortable sleeping place for two. important thing to note is that one of the bedrooms is walk through room to another bedroom. Apartment has very bright and spacious bathroom with separate shower and bath. We have baby cots and dining chairs available, if needed and informed ahead of arrival. We provide towels and bed-linen. Bus stops are about 200m. Apartment is located on ground floor. Bedroom windows are towards quiet and closed yard. As apartment is on ground floor it is is easy to get your luggage to apartment. We also have office with luggage hold 3 minutes from apartment if you need to leave luggage on arrival or departure. We have on parking place available for 15€ per night. You have to let know if you need parking place so we can book you the place. If you have any questions we will be happy to answer and always try to find the best solution for everyone. -A refundable security deposit of 300€ is collected directly from the guests credit card on arrival. Deposit will be returned latest 5 days after check-out if there are no damages. - No reservations can be made by persons under 21. Reservations made by persons under 21 will not be accommodated. - Parties and large social gatherings are not allowed - Neighbours should not be disturbed with loud music and noise during the quiet hours between 23:00 and 7:00 - Smoking is not allowed indoors - If the house rules are violated then you must vacate the apartments and are subject to a fine of 200 euros for smoking and 200 euros for partying - Photo Id is required for check-in.
