Welcome to "Champs Picards" where your hosts Karine and Fabrice will welcome you to this spacious and comfortable cottage (150 m²). You will have a large yard to park your vehicle (shared with the owners) and a private terrace. This cottage, according to guests, is "a peaceful retreat" ideal for family stays, reunions with friends, and also for professionals (fiber-optic Internet and Wi-Fi). No pets are allowed. The space Independent cottage on the ground floor of 150m², with terrace and private garden overlooking an orchard. Outside you will have a garden furniture, sunbeds, lounge (2 armchairs and sofa), charcoal barbecue, petanque court and ping pong table. During a heat wave, you will appreciate the coolness inside this farmhouse! Other things to note Pets are not allowed, as we have a Breton Spaniel dog (very calm) as well as chickens and geese. IMPORTANT: Parties and evenings are not allowed. The cottage is intended exclusively for 6 people and no more.
