Cozy, quiet and quaint private apartment over two floors with double beds in bedrooms 1 & 2, bedroom 3 set up as office/changing room adjacent to bedroom 1, living room listed as sleepable option via fantastically comfortable oversized leather sofa. Bedroom 1, office and living rooms and downstairs hallway window offer STUNNING views over the world famous Salisbury Crags and the morning sunrise. Sizable/well equipped kitchen, bathroom w/bathtub and electric shower, WiFi, storage/drying space. The space QUIET, CLEAN and RELAXING are the key words here... the space is ideal for those who intend to catch shows and the plethora of other sights and activities that Edinburgh has to offer (or indeed to study) throughout the day and evening and relax at night... it is not suitable for night owls and party animals... the apartment is modest in decor but well presented... it is only suitable for those who are CLEAN, QUIET and RESPECTFUL of their neighbours and living situation. It is important that guests acknowledge that there is only one bathroom The apartment (like Edinburgh and the area surrounding) has several flights of stairs and the bedrooms are also upstairs... although you do not need to be an Olympic athlete, the apartment is not suitable for those with physical conditions that might restrict their regular use of stairs. Guest access Beds will be made on arrival... guests will have access to the linens and towels closet. Private bathroom with bath and electric shower. Private spacious comfortable living room (also to double as additional sleeping if desired) and digital TV. Private spacious kitchen and appliances including washer and drying racks and drying room with clothes line... (NO DISHWASHER - UNLESS YOU BRING ONE!) Bedroom 3 is being utilised as an office/changing room. Shoe closet. Cloakroom. Outdoor drying room and storage space (UTILITY ROOM) if desired/required... FAST WiFi... adequate for business use... no issues reported. Other things to note Please be aware that Edinburgh and the flat involves many stairs. Please also be aware that the weather in Edinburgh in the Summer can be very wet and cold and guests should always plan for four seasons in one day. Long term pricing is by arrangement only and subject to a conversation about your needs and expectations. CAR PARKING... Parking prices in Edinburgh have increased hugely in recent years... the last increase in April 2021 also affected visitor permits and put a cap on the number that could be allocated per household. As a result, I can only offer short term parking near the apartment (STRICTLY BY ARRANGEMENT) for £12.50/day. Parking is free at nights and weekends. Free parking is also available around the Willowbrae area (@25 min walk through the park).
