Walk between the two houses facing the ocean. Go right when you reach the sidewalk. A few short steps away from the public beach access across the street. We are steps away from the beach. Use bikes to ride to the park, restaurants & ice cream.. Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old The space This is a very quiet duplex. Open concept floor plan. Bedrooms are spaced apart for adequate privacy. Each bedroom has its own bath. The living room is cozy, yet spacious and there is space for the whole family to sit and relax while still able to see the ocean from the couch. Smart TV with local channels. You can use your Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu etc. Kitchen includes all the needed appliances and essentials. There are several areas in and around the home for relaxing and enjoying the quiet.
