A Luxury ground floor apartment centrally situated on Eden Island close to all amenities .We are listed on the authorized places to stay. Fully equipped with two bedrooms, both with ensuite shower and separate toilet. Air conditioned throughout and a private garden. Private golf cart included Access to 4 beaches, Gym, tennis court, and swimming pools. (Close to the apartment) A nearby shopping plaza includes- Medical clinic, Chemist, Bars, Restaurants, Marine sporting activities are available The space The 2 bedroomed ground floor apartment is on one level. It is fully air conditioned with overhead fans in all rooms. The apartment is self contained with top quality appliances, TV and a gas barbecue for your enjoyment . It has its own small well maintained private garden which is 2 steps down from the front patio. The apartment is beautifully situated, within walking distance of the Eden Plaza and overlooks one of the many marina's looking seaward towards St Anne's Island. WiFi is provided Guest access The apartment being on the ground floor, has its own small lawn for your own private use. A buggy is provided for your convenience to travel aroound on the island and to the beaches.. On Eden Island there is free access to all 4 beaches, fitness center, swimming pools(one being directly behind our apartment ), and only the tennis court must be pre-booked by yourself. The shopping plaza is very close with lovely bars and restaurants to choose from. Island hopping trips, fishing, boating, snorkeling and scuba diving can be arranged through available tour groups on the Eden island waterfront, expenses for these amenities will be for the visitors own costs. Other things to note Eden island is a secure safe holiday destination to let you relax and enjoy your stay. There is 24-hour security provided on the island. Please note as there is no fencing at the end of our garden at the edge of the marina, there is just a wall which one can sit on, watch the sea and look at the marina. Parent must please take the responsibility to watch children near the water's edge. Guests are requested not to board any of the many boats which are berthed in the marina.
