This beautiful 14th century wharf cellar (110 m2) is located on the Oudegracht, in the heart of Utrecht. Although the location is underground, this quiet basement has plenty of daylight. You have 2 bedrooms and sleeping accommodation for 4 people. Out of the the front room (4.20 x 6.40 m) you have a view over the Oudegracht. This space is very suitable for quiet work. Wifi available. In the front room you will find a table and chairs with which you can enjoy a delicious breakfast on the Oudegracht.
