Water Street Loft is right in the center of of Warren's historic waterfront. The loft's street ends on the bay with a public park to enjoy the sweeping view of the Narragansett Bay Entire apt . off street parking for one car, plenty street parking surrounding the property with no meters, outside water view private patio patio with seating, and gas fired barbecue. PARKING INSTRUCTIONS / parking is across Water Street You will cross Water St continuing on Baker St and take the immediate first left into the parking lot. The parking is used by the residents of 236 Water St as well as one space for the Water St Loft. You will park against the grey cement block garage wall where you will see parking for several cars. You can park wherever there is an empty space along this wall. For any extra cars you will need to find “on street” parking in the surrounding side streets. There are no meters or residential parking restrictions in the neighborhood. I am available throughout your stay. Warren Historic Waterfront. Historic Colonial, Federal, and Victorian houses. Heart of Waterfront restaurants and shopping district. Walking distance to town beach, playgrounds, bike path, dog park, playing fields. There is a bus stop one block away and a bike path 1 1/2 blocks from the apt. There is a bike and kayak rental store three miles away in Bristol RI. Water access for kayaks and canoes is a stones throw away at the end of Baker St where there is a public park bench righ right on the sea wall. Great place to relax and enjoy your coffee!
