The space Rosé Flat is a two bedrooms apartment. Designed with both retro and modern concepts, it has lots of facilities. This cozy apartment is fully equipped. It has a view of the Serra do Pilar monastery and Oporto city. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. But for those who want, there are activities nearby: visits to cellars and monuments; wine tastings; cable car trips, site seeing bus, train, river cruises, etc. Beaches 7 kilometers away where you can practice surf, body-board, kite-surf or just relax. And much, much more! It hosts, at most, four guests and one baby guest. Guest access The apartment is on the 2nd floor, accessible by two flight of stairs. Check-in is by app/keycode/numeric pad, which replaces the key. This code will be provided after booking and prior to check-in. Check-in can also be in person at guest's request. The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests. Visits without authorization from the owner are not allowed. Other things to note The building has washing and dryer machines in the laundry on the first floor. Instructions for use and price are listed there. Some formalities are imposed by the authorities.
