We are located in an apartment, just 800 meters from the historic Villa Adriana and 2.5 km from Villa D'Este. 2-room B&B completely renovated and cared for in every detail. We are here to offer you a pleasant and unforgettable stay. The space The room is part of a B&B that is located in an apartment on the second floor of a condominium. Guest access Self-service breakfast without time limits, air conditioning in each room, free Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels. 24-hour self check-in with key delivery of the apartment. Tourist tax excluded (1€ per person per night). Late check-in after h.11pm has an extra cost of 20 €. The late check-out after h.10am (if available) has an extra cost of 20 €. Luggages deposit: on request. We will ask you to pay the tourist tax of Tivoli of 1 € per person per night (children under 10 years exempt), and to provide us with all Passport to communicate them to the police.
