Also room on porch for aero beds/sleeping bags (aero beds are in the primary bedroom closet). Spacious main bathroom. Comfortable living room. Two cable TVs (one on porch), with DVDs, VCR, gaming system, and internet. Newly remodeled kitchen and dining area, complete with all dishes and kitchenware. 250M Internet. New washer and dryer. Sheets, bath towels, and beach towels provided. Large gas grill, double garage, and sceened-in gazebo (with electricity) - perfect for dining and games. Many yard games: bean bag toss, ladder golf, frisbees, etc. Many outdoor chairs available. Flat land from house to lake - no hills or stairs. This lake home is great no matter what the weather. Enjoy the beach, lake, swimming, fishing, picnic tables, fire pit and yard games on sunny days, or enjoy indoor activities, board games, DVD collection, and gaming system. If you'd like to bring a boat or rent a boat in Brainerd, you'll be able to dock your boat on the private dock. No pets allowed. Absolutely no smoking allowed on the property at all. If you have smokers in your group, you should not consider renting this property. Guests have access to the home and garage (via coded door handles). There is a locked storage area attached to the garage that guests do not have access to. I am available by text and to call during your entire stay. I also provide a back-up number to my mother in case you can't immediately get a hold of me. The neighborhood is a quiet, dead end, lakeside road with 14 homes. Our property is the first home on the left as you enter Leisure Lane (the lakeside road).
