Character Annexe rural location

The annexe to our old farmhouse awaits. Your accommodation includes an entrance hall from which you access a lovely light airy ground floor kitchen and up a short staircase to your en suite bed/sitting room. Set in the middle of farmland with a large interesting garden with a small stream. We have a fire pit, spring water and on sunny days you will enjoy exploring our interesting garden. Children welcome. Extra beds on request. Evening meals available The space You have a quiet and spacious bed room with a sitting area. A calm and tranquil space from which to explore or to simply relax in. The bedroom has a short staircase up to it with a door at the bottom of the stairs. There is an en suite bathroom. The annexe is self contained with front door and back door too with access to our large and interesting garden of just under 1 acre. The kitchen is fully equipped including toaster, kettle, microwave, cooker,washing machine, fridge and freezer. We can cook for you - Thai, Indian, British, French and many other cuisines. We both love cooking! Guest access Parking for one car on the shared drive. There are buses to/from Carmarthen and Aberystwyth about 10 minutes walk from the house. Carmarthen is a 10 minute drive by car. There is a track down to the house which is a little bumpy. Not a problem for most cars, but a low slung ports car would struggle Other things to note We send detailed directions after you have booked and look forward to welcoming you to our oasis in our oasis of calm. We take bookings for a minimum of 2 nights. If you would like a meal cooked for you whilst staying with us just ask. We love cooking dishes from all over the world!
