Enjoy a quiet get-a-way just for two or relax with the whole family at this beautiful, newly constructed home located 1/4 mile off Route 13 & less than an hour from area beaches. There are two units with separate outside entrances, but they can be rented together if you need more space. This listing is for the upstairs open studio apartment. The open floor plan of this entire apartment offers so many options for your stay away from home. It can be a sweet luxurious yet cozy get-away just for two or it can flex for up to six guests The open room includes a king size bed, a twin daybed with a pullout trundle that can covert to a king, and a futon that can become a full bed. If the futon is not comfortable enough for an adult, there is an additional twin mattress that can be pulled out of one of the closets. Extra linens are included, but we can set it up according to your needs if you let us know ahead of time. There is a dedicated private office/dressing room off the bathroom that can also double as nursery for a small child, but please bring your own travel crib, as they are difficult to disinfect. Efficiency kitchen includes a sink, full size refrigerator and a microwave. It does not include an oven, but there are two induction cooktop plates with pots & pans. There is no bakeware, but there are glass serving bowls. Fully stocked including blender, mixer and keurig/coffee maker. The dining area is small and only seats two, but there is additional folding table and four chairs in the closet that can be set up for games, crafts or dining. Includes a private second-story deck off the back where you can sit at the small outdoor dining set and enjoy your cup of morning coffee while you listen to the birds. Beach chairs and umbrella available upon request. Large open yard in back available tor play. Parking is shared with upstairs unit. One parking space available directly behind units and additional parking in back in front of garage. Plenty of room to park a camper or boat. We live less than a mile away and are available if anything is needed. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns. We are located in the small town of Accomac, which is also the county seat, so the town has lots of law offices about. Sidewalks throughout town allow for wonderful strolls. There are other houses close-by, but the neighbors are quiet and friendly. There is an open field across from the property that offers additional play area for children. Private parking off the street is available. There is even enough room to park a boat off the street. Feel free to bring bikes and walk about the town. There is a three-car garage in the back of the property with an apartment above it, where our son with special needs currently lives. You may see him out and about.
