Situated in Batu Ferringhi, our home is a cosy and peaceful 90's apartment right opposite Bayview Beach Resort and 200m from Hard Rock Hotel. Unlike most apartments in town, our place is peaceful and quiet with just 3 minutes’ walk to the famous Batu Ferringhi beach and restaurants and cafes nearby. Before booking, do bear in mind that our place is in a building that has not been painted since 1993, so if you are particular about these things, then this might not be the place for you. Our apartment is a very peaceful and quiet place to stay. To keep it this way, parties, loud music and outsiders are not allowed on the property. Please respect the neighbours and the community. Basic cooking utensils and kitchen appliances are for light cooking only. All cooking utensils, kitchenware and tableware must be washed before check-out. No shoes are allowed inside the house. If you break something, spill, or accidentally make any damages, let me know at the time of the incident. We are all humans here. Don’t wait for me to figure it out because it will come out of your security deposit if I find it without a heads up. Parking is available on the property: RM10 per day for cars and RM5 per day for motorbikes (payable at the Guard House). You may also park outside the apartment for free (plenty of parking space - our friends and family park outside all the time but I still need to highlight that you park at your own risk). Your comfort is our top priority and we hope you will have a good experience throughout your stay in our home. We have designed an Experience Sharing Board in our living room. Other things to note As there are other vacation rentals at our apartment, there may be noise although there is a strict rule from the management to lower noise after 10pm. If you come across any noise issues, you may approach the guards at the guard house for assistance.
