(FOR STRICT COMPLIANCE) A CCTV camera is installed outside the unit to check the incoming guests and verify the number of guests checking in/out and sleeping in the unit. Failure to declare the correct number of pax in the booking will require a fee of P500 per head/night or P500/stay for pets. (FOR STRICT COMPLIANCE) Guest manual is available in the unit when you check-in. The caretaker will meet you in the unit to hand you the keys. FYI. Standard rates shall apply whether you are staying in for a day trip or checking out the next day. An additional fee of Php400 is required for every person in excess of 2 guests for this listing. Kindly pay the fee to the caretaker or owner. We only allow maximum of 6 persons staying in the unit for this booking/listing. NOTE: we can accomodate up to 6 pax only for each listings. Subject to extra pax fee after 2 pax. Kids ages 2 y.o. and above is considered as one head count. So if you are booking for more than 2pax, please see our other posting. (Studio Type Muji-inspired Home (for 3-4pax)). This will save you more. If key is lost, you have to pay Php500 as damage fee. If something gets damaged, you will need to pay half the price of that item as damage fee. So be very careful of the things and appliances inside the unit. Smoking inside the unit is strictly prohibited. You may smoke in the garden/porch area. Parking in the garden area is free. If you have multiple cars and it cannot fit inside our garden area, you may park in front of our unit for free. (note: street parking: one-side parking only) (Park at your own risk) Strictly NO eating inside the room. We dont want pests inside the unit esp. in the bedroom. Additional toiletries and or beddings requires additional minimal payment ranging from 50-150 only. Please inform the caretaker ahead of time. *Subject to availability. Yes, definitely you may cook inside the unit. We don't have microwave oven. Electric Kettle, Rice Cooker, Bread Toaster, and basic kitchen utensils are available free of use. You may enjoy your stay while watching your favorite show on TV. NETFLIX is available! Wifi internet has 25-50mbps. Yes, pet is allowed. But we will remove the floor carpets if you are going to check-in with your pet. Also, be a responsible pet owner by cleaning your pet's stuff. Chocolate stain/ Coffee spill/ Blood Stains/ and other tough stains on the bed sheets or sofa? You will need to pay Php300 to have these removed. Please be considerate as we only have 2-3 hours to clean and disinfect the whole unit. Removing tough stains like this not just takes time but also affect the quality of our cloth materials.
