LUXE VISTA Mountain Chalet Cermis -on the mountain

Modern mountain chalet at 2000m attitude directly in the beautiful ski area Alpe Cermis in Italy, which is ideal for families. The chalet is right on the ski slope / ski lift. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 living room with dining area including kitchen, 1 bathroom including toilet, a separate toilet and a huge terrace with fantastic Alpine panorama. In summer ideal for mountain hiking or relaxing in nature. Superbly groomed pistes in winter, idyllic mountain romance in the evening. The space Modern, A-shaped chalet, wonderfully quiet location in the middle of trees at 2000m, right on the alp/slopes, with autonomous central heating. Modernly furnished for up to 6 people, fully equipped with dishes, linen, etc. and a dining table with space for up to 8 people. The chalet has 3 floors: in the basement there are 2 bedrooms (1x double bed 1,80x2,00m + 1 bunk bed with 2 beds of 1,20x2,00m each), a large bathroom with shower and toilet and an open closet, on the ground floor there is a large living room with dining area and kitchen, a separate toilet and the spacious terrace with breathtaking view, on the upper floor in the gallery (open to the living room are) there is another bedroom (1x double bed 1,60x2,00m) with a breathtaking view. The individual floors are connected by relatively steep stairs, so the chalet is not recommended for people with restricted mobility. The chalet is heated by central heating (underfloor heating) and has a safe, a fully equipped kitchen and linen (bed linen, towels, tea towels). Guest access We rent out the entire chalet: fully furnished including 6 beds (2 bedrooms each with a double bed, 1 bedroom with bunk beds/2 beds), bathroom including toilet, kitchen including dining and living area and separate toilet. Use of towels and bed linen included. Access is through self-check-in using a key box. Check-in times: - Winter: between 2:00 PM and 3:45 PM - Summer: from 2:00 PM Check-out: by 10:00 AM. Other things to note In summer, the chalet can be reached by cable car; it's about 150 meters on foot from the cable car's final station (round trip EUR 25). Alternatively, there is an unpaved forest road, available for a fee of EUR 52 for the entire stay (recommended only for 4x4 cars with all-wheel drive, as the road is very rocky and steep; a special permit must be requested at least 1 week in advance). In winter, the chalet is exclusively accessible by cable car. For check-in (from 2:00 PM to 3:45 PM), it's necessary to be at the cable car's final station on the mountain by 3:30 PM, so the caretaker can assist with luggage (he transports it from the cable car's final station to the chalet using a Skidoo, approximately 150 meters on foot).
