Centrally located in Ballygunge, it is just off the main road - but very quiet. With this private bedroom, you get: - Safe, spacious, fully-furnished room with ambient lighting, king-size bed with stylish tufted headboard, plush mattress, split air conditioning, free high-speed WiFi, closet space. - Ensuite bathroom with a hand wash basin, shower area, western toilet, fresh bath and hand towels, toiletries and hot water. - The living and dining rooms are extremely spacious and furnished with handpicked antique furniture. Large sliding windows overlook balconies with potted plants, and offer views of the surrounding lush greenery. - A fully-equipped kitchen that has basic utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, oven, fridge, induction cooker, toaster, electric kettle, as well as a hob stove. - 24 hours security available - The apartment is airy, everything works just fine - and it feels like home! Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy their private bedrooms as well as shared spaces, including the living room, dining area, kitchen (please note that non-vegetarian food is not permitted in the kitchen), and balconies. I have a caretaker at the property, who will assist you with basic housekeeping and get you oriented to the place. He could provide you with meals and laundry service at an additional fee. Please note the host sometimes stays at the property. Other things to note Breakfast is not included - however, a kitchen is provided where you can make or reheat all your meals. Alternatively, you can download the "Zomato" or "Swiggy" app on your phone and get food delivered from over 500 restaurants/cafes. There are grocery stores nearby - where you may source all other supplies for your cooking. Since this is a vegetarian home, we request our guests not to cook eggs or meat in the house. Non-vegetarian food cannot be brought inside the house. No smoking. International travellers, volunteers, couples and single women travellers - are all welcome.
