Fabulous and quiet rooftop apartment in the City Center with view on the Alps and 180 degree city views. The space The apartment has approx. 48m² including the roof top terrace. In the entrance area there is a dining table for up to 4 people which leads to the open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equiped with dishwasher, refrigerator, Bosch stove and high end Siemens microwave oven. All necessary supplies come with the unit: herbs, oils, utensils, dishes ect. The bathroom features a shower tub, sink, washing machine and convenient hanging shelves. Towels, bath rugs, detergent are stocked. The small storage area offers space for suitcases. Vacuum cleaner and all cleaning supplies come with the unit. The living area is furnished with a traditional Bavarian wooden bench, table and 2 chairs. From the sitting area you can enjoy a view in to the sky. The couch can be turned into a sleeping space for 2 additional guests. An antique buffet is filled with stemware. A small Samsung TV screen can be connected to your laptop for streaming services. Wireless Internet is installed. From the open living area you step directly onto the beautiful roof deck with views or into the open bedroom. The bedroom has a queen sized bed, built in cabinets and a full window front to the roof top. Sheets, extra duvet convers are in the unit. Guest access Street parking available (parking meters). Easy parking after 6pm. Direct connection to Sendlinger Tor Station: subways: U1 / U2 / U3 / U4 and street cars / buses. Main train station is a 10 min walk away or 1 station with subway. Downtown ( Marienplatz, Viktualienmarkt, Karlsplatz) are 15 min. by foot. Bakeriers, grocery stores, pharmacies, banks in immediate reach! Other things to note This unit is uniquely furnished with vintage pieces, a true Munich feeling and in prime locaiton! After 7:30pm there is complete privacy and silence as most units in the building are doctors. Weekends are exceptionally quiet. There is an elevator directly to the 7th floor.
