Asheville Area Apartment - Alice's Dream

‘My Dream’ is a romantic one bedroom, one bath walkout apartment, with full kitchen and comfortable sleeper sofa with lots of pillows to snuggle. The style is eclectic and artsy, a little old and a little new, just like Asheville. But it's all good! Hopefully, it all comes together to please your senses. Outside there is a sweet little private patio with red rockers the perfect place to have a glass of wine or that "southern ice tea". Come, fall in love with our 'little garden of Eden’. The space The apartment is perfect for a couple wanting to enjoy each other after a day of experiencing Asheville. Or a group of four visiting Asheville to visit the sites. You can watch your favorite show on Spectrum cable TV or WiFi. There also are some of our favorite books (Bill and I are avid readers). There is also several games and puzzles for you to enjoy a quiet evening together. The bedroom has a queen size bed which is very comfortable and relaxing. The nightstands I painted and distressed myself (my first attempt). The bathroom has a tub/shower combination and there are enough towels for everyone to have two apiece. (Bill is a big guy, former football player, and needs two towels.) The Grill outside is ready for steaks or hamburgers. The outside table is comfortable seating for four. If you need anything we are just a text or phone call away. Guest access Guests have access to the whole apartment, Living/dinning/kitchen combination, bedroom and bathroom. A patio is for their use only ; it has grill , table and chairs and rockers. You have a private entrance from the driveway to the back. Other things to note The apartment has radiant floor heat which is a wonderful in the wintertime, everyone loves the warm floors when they get up in the mornings. We have a free standing air conditioning if you need it in the heat of the summer. We ourselves, enjoy open windows and doors. The fresh air is lovely and each room has a ceiling fan. Asheville has a mild climate and the evenings are cool.
