Lovely loft near central London – perfect for short or long stays! We welcome couples or solo guests for short stays. Long-term bookings are for solo travellers only, with a discounted rate – see house rules. Enjoy a large bedroom, cosy TV room (50” TV), and shower room in a quiet, safe area. Just 5 mins’ walk to Bounds Green Station (Piccadilly line) and 20 mins to central London. Kings Cross 15 mins, West End 20 mins. Perfect for work, leisure, or Alexandra Palace events (20-min walk). The space The space Sole use of our loft area, light double bedroom, own shower room and a lounge area with a large tv and Netflix all for your own private use. You get your own set of keys upon arrival so you can come and go as you please. Please note : If you are two friends and wish to have a bit more sleeping space or maybe have a child with you? , there is a comfortable mattress on the floor in the lounge area , that we can make up for you. However , this would be an extra charge of £15 to be paid on arrival . Otherwise it is just the double bed on offer as shown in listing . Guest access Our loft space. Other things to note You will be sharing our family home. My husband and I and our 18 year old son . We have both lived in London for 20 years and can offer useful tips on day trips into the capital as well as quick escape routes into the countryside. We also have loads of board games which you are also welcome to borrow . We have a very friendly cat and dog . The price is valid for 1 or 2 adults sharing one double room. Use of washing machine with the arrangement. Tea and coffee facilities in the room. Shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel provided Iron and hairdryer available on request Guest access Lounge, shower room and double bedroom Please note : For stays longer than one week , we welcome one guest only and you would have shared access to our lovely, bright kitchen with full cooking facilities . During your stay I work from home, so will be around and happy to answer any questions and make your stay as comfortable as possible. Other things to note We are a family home so please ask you to be quiet when coming home late at night . No outdoor shoes to be worn inside If we can accommodate a late check out ( latest 3pm) the charge would be £20 and on availability only.
