Additional living room - Sofa bed The rooms are bright and spacious. They have direct access to the wide terraces surrounding the villa from all sides. There is mosquito net on all doors and windows. The main balcony overlooks the green hills with olive groves. From the other terrace you can see a small part of the sea. Free baby bed uppon request. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking. It has a modern oven and induction hobs, coffee maker, dishwasher etc. The villa also offers air-conditions, washing machine, smart TV and free Wi-Fi in all areas. The village has a minimarket. The nearest beach is only 5 minutes away by car /3km/. Many of Sithonia's most famous beaches are a 15-30 minute drive away. Nikiti is 12 km away from the property, Lagonisi beach - 20 km, Vourvourou - 26 km. In less than 20 minutes, guests can reach Ormos Panagias, from where a summer boat tour departs to Mount Athos. The shores of Kassandra Peninsula are also easily accessible from Vatopedi. The traditional village of Afytos is 46 km from the property. The nearest airport is Thessaloniki Airport, 80 km from Villa Milenitta. There are several large monasteries nearby that you can visit during your stay. Every Monday guests can enjoy the local market in Ormylia where they can find fresh fish, local fruits and vegetables. Villa Milenitta is a place for calm and relaxing holidays.
