We invite you to stay in a 4-storey building near the Upper Lake. A living room with a fireplace, a large kitchen-dining room with a sliding table for 10-12 guests, 4 separate bedrooms (4 large beds+2 sofas, extra single beds are possible) + a room in the basement (sofa) , there are two working areas with a desk, 4 bathrooms, terrace, parking for two cars. A fabulous yard with a gazebo, summer kitchen, swing, lawn and beautiful landscaping. The space 1st floor: hallway (10m), wardrobe, toilet(4m), living room 25m, kitchen dining room 25m. 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms (24+18), bathroom(bathroom), terrace. 3rd floor: 2 bedrooms (24+16), bathroom(shower). Basement: lounge( 15m), shower, laundry.
