Sunshine BnB - Private room - HSR layout

Ours is a beautiful and cozy duplex house that is ideally located close to the various offices in HSR, Sarjapur & Koramangala. We do have many acclaimed restaurants & pubs in the locality. Ideal for work & play. The first floor of the house is a private set up where you have a living room, bedroom and bathroom. You can also use the terrace to relax. We (my husband & I) live on the ground floor. The space - Coffee & tea is available for free all day - There is a room with basic workout amenities like treadmill, yoga mat, weights which can be used at a nominal fee. - Laundry facility can be used at a nominal fee - Breakfast is included in the package - any other meals can be served at an extra fee (need prior intimation) During your stay We are a retired couple and we live in the same house. We are friendly and love meeting new people and making friends. Our house is a warm and cozy space and you are welcome to use most of it for your needs. If there is something we could do to enhance your stay with us, all you need to do is ask! Other things to note - Your room is on the first floor of our house and it's a shared space with a shared living room (shared with other guests). - Your room has all basic amenities like, work desk furnishings, wardrobe & dressing area. - Breakfast is complementary, please inform us beforehand if you have any special requests for food..we are a south Indian family and our food consists of mainly south Indian dishes. - We also serve lunch or dinner (veg ) at an extra cost.. you need to place your order beforehand if you choose to eat at home. - Dining: We have a shared dining area on the ground floor where we will serve food.. you can enjoy your meal either there or in your room. (Please be careful with meals in your room..we don't like to feed our beds) - Other amenities like laundry, workout, drycleaners are available at an extra cost. - Tea & coffee are available complementary throughout the day - facilities like Uber, Ola, Swiggy, zomato and bounce are easily available - please take care of our premises and ensure there is no damage.
