Superb duplex with breathtaking sea view

You will feel top of the world in my very beautiful flat. It is spotlessly clean, and very cozy. You will love the view, the beautiful furniture, the wooden floor, the new and fully equiped kitchen, the large Walk in Rainshower and high quality 1.60m bed. It is very quiet although the harbour with its restaurants, bars and cafés is only 100 m away. From the living room you access your bedroom via a magnificent stone spiral staircase listed by the Buildings of France. The space The apartment is on the 2nd and 3rd floor of one of Saint Martins oldest houses. Between the 13th and 15th century it was the house of a noble man, later a convent and now its ours. The over 500 year old house has been (one part still is but there is no noise) renovated with a lot of care. Guest access You access the house via a small courtyard. The back of the courtyard belongs to our house. It is not pretty yet but you can put your bicycles here and have access to the bins. Other things to note Please note that the ceiling is low in the bedroom under the roof (160-190cm). This can be challenging for tall people but contributes a lot to the charm of the place.
