Other things to note Upon arrival, you will be asked to pay the city tax in cash, the amount of which varies according to the location and type of accommodation. Casa Lunia Guesthouse, classified as a "Bed & Breakfast" with "three lions" in Venice "mainland", applies a tax of 2.10 euros per person per night, 1 euro for children from 10 to 16 years old, and free for children up to 10 years old, for a maximum of 5 nights. A receipt will be issued. The tax is not included in the price of the stay to avoid additional Airbnb fees and commissions. In accordance with Italian and European regulations for the reduction of emissions, heating and air conditioning are limited to specific periods of the year.
