Cozy apartment in a cottage with a garden near the center

It is close to the city center, to the bus stop, to the D1 highway, to the airport, to the industrial zone "Černovické terasy". Beautiful view. There is peace, seating in the yard and on the balcony, comfortable beds, parking in the fenced yard. The accommodation is great for solo travelers, business trips and families with children. Accommodation is for a maximum of 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children, where 1 child can sleep in the living room on the sofa. The space Quiet and peaceful place overlooking Brno. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment upstairs, i.e. the hallway, the room with a kitchenette, the bedroom and a small room, as well as the bathroom with a toilet. Everything is behind a lockable door. The apartment is not equipped for small children. Other things to note We look forward to having guests, but we don't bother them.
