Welcome to your home away from home with the serenity of your surroundings as you clear your head watching the sunrise & set over the treetops. Open kitchen, cathedral ceilings, 2 full bathrooms, 3 bedrooms to finally get a good nights rest & ample parking. 15 mins to town and 10 mins to golfing, the zoo, the lake and skiing. The space Come in a group or by yourself and enjoy being in a cabin environment with blue skies and the sounds of nature. We do our best to make you feel welcome and have the Best Big Bear Memories!! This space is best for 6 adults maximum and 2 kiddos as the top bunk is only for small children and the bedrooms can be tight (This includes infants). There are three bedrooms and a gorgeous living room, the house is under 1k sq feet but the ceilings make it feel a bit bigger. We have a washer and dryer along with a fireplace and full kitchen! The floors are carpeted with a large patio in back and swing on the front porch. There is a hammock to use in the front yard as well! Each bedroom has a gorgeous view of the tree tops! The master bedroom has a small balcony and it’s own full bathroom as well as a television to relax. The view of the sunrise and sunset is breathtaking from the windows. Foxes, birds, bunnies, coyotes, bears, squirrels and owls frequently come to visit! We have fans in each room to help keep it cool in the summertime but the mid part of the day can be warm as most homes in the area do not have AC. Guest access We have WiFi, 2 LCD Tv’s with Rokus, cooking amenities, a Keurig for coffee and tea kettle, wine opener, wood fireplace, toaster oven, gas range oven, karaoke mics, electric grill, propane firepit, games, puzzles, cards, books and more! Other things to note NOTE: Due to owner allergies and cleaning crew requirements, there is a mandatory pet fee of $45 per trip for additional cleaning time. Reservations will be edited to adjust for any approved pets. PLEASE contact us within 48 hours of reservations made for pet approval. This house does not have air conditioning and is under 1k square feet of indoor size. All trash must be taken offsite after each stay as our cleaners would have to drive to the clean site and charge $25 for the first trash bag and $5 for each additional bag. Reservations must be 25 years of age minimum and is the guests' responsibility to make sure they are in adherence with our rules prior to booking. The cancellation policy will be upheld if a guest makes a reservation that does not comply with our house rules.
