Estate includes swimming pool/kayaks/boats/fishing/fire pit/game-room/ping-pong/HotTub/darts/foosball-Attractions:SKI MOUNTAINS/4 Golf Courses/Bethel Woods-Next door to Beaverwood Farms (Only 10 min walk to Shul+Airuv) We are only 10 minutes away from the new Catskills resort casino and water park..... There are two houses on the estate one large one with five bedrooms and another guest house about 50 feet away with three bedrooms . Our lake is private and there’s plenty of fish feel free to go finishing just bring your own equipment. There are pear and other fruits trees growing on the estate, help your self to some! There 21 real beds + 3 couches + 12 air mattress We have 8 bedrooms but you are welcome to set up a tent outside and sleep by the water, you will wake up to one amazing view, prior arranged must be for camping. We have a large smart tv that you can use for presentations...etc-There are 2 Bluetooth wireless speakers you can enjoy. (Only 10 min walk to Shul and there in Airuv) It's a big place with lots of sleeping arrangements/options. We do what we can to accommodate your needs. But generally, unless otherwise discussed you will have the whole estate for yourself When you rent the guest house it means you'll be alone in the whole estate. While sometimes I'm available to give you keys in person when you check in, when not you will get clear instructions how to access the property or you will meet our lovely maid You are near White Lake which has great restaurants and motor boating JetSki/banana etc. also 3 min from liberty/Catskill Brewing Company, and Roscoe Beer Company-The area has plenty of hiking trails and is about 10 minute drive to Bethel wood original Woodstock festival grounds and rock and roll museum(there is always great shows there, check there website). There is lots to do around here but you will be busy enjoying the estate... we are near Monticello racing track/casino(new 1 billion dollars Casino/hotel/water park and golf course )...during the winter you can drive 50 min to Belleayre Mountain which offers great skiing (there is also a smaller family ski mountain Holiday Mountain which is only five minutes away) if the lake is deep-frozen feel free to skateboard or drill a hole to fish:) We are 3 min away from Swan Lake Golf & Country Club. Our lovely neighbor next-door farmer Paul will gladly give you a tour of is fully organic farm including horse riding and many other animal activities, you can buy from him every morning fresh eggs and many vegetables grown right here on the land. (Only 10 min walk to Shul and there in Airuv) Our street is a private gated street with plenty of parking... if any of your guest does not have a car you can take a bus to Monticello NY and then a 10 minutes Taxi to here. n\a
