Hello!! This remodeled studio apartment has a private entrance and one full bath and is located in a small multi-unit property with 8 apartments in the building. This apartment is on the top floor and the first door on the left, #405. The parking space #3 in front of the building. We are located off of a high trafficked street so please feel free to reach out if you have any concerns! The space Take advantage of our kitchen for meals, or sample some awesome San Diego restaurants during your stay here! Start the morning off right with some coffee in the kitchen, or pick up coffee at one of the neighborhood coffee shops and walk two blocks to the bay. Guest access We only rent entire apartments. The apartment has a private entrance with an electronic lock for access. Other things to note ** Only guest(s) in the listing are allowed, no outside guest(s) or visitors are allowed at anytime without prior approval. ** This isn't a party house. ** No smoking is permitted, including Marijuana. We may garnish 2X your cleaning fee if the smell of smoke is present. - Check out is 11AM - Check in is after 3PM -All PETS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED. Check with me before you book please as there is an additional $20 per night pet fee charge. This fee will be added after the reservation has been made. There is a laundry facility onsite, it's located on the east side of the building in the alleyway, just in front of parking space 25. Please note it is coin operated. The room is secured with an electronic lock, similar to the door. The code is 1560. Please remember that you will be staying in a home, not a hotel. Therefore we ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would show your own. If you need anything before, after, or during your stay, please feel free to message us if you need anything. - Thank you in advance for respecting our house rules, they are very important to us. Please keep a reasonable volume so as to not disturb our neighbors, and do not invite other guests or have parties. We would appreciate it if you wash any dishes you use during your stay.
