Note- House not suitable for families with small children and people with mobility difficulties as there are steps inside the house to living areas. The space “Heart’s Content” is just that, a little oasis of calm in the bustle of vibrant Dinge town overlooking the marina. This stunning detached house has private parking and its own private outdoor spaces in the centre of the town! The home has beautifully crafted interiors, is full of character and has a nautical theme throughout. Enter the house through the solid oak door with its own porthole onto a hallway of Valentia slate, the adventure begins. Bedrooms “Heart’s Content” has three bedrooms, 2 bedrooms located on the ground floor while the master is on the 1st floor. The master bedroom is spacious and bright with a little viewing lounge that has chairs and binoculars making the most of the incredible location and the mazing views. There are steps leading up to the king size bed giving a feeling of grandeur and a large en-suite bathroom. Downstairs there are two double bedrooms with lockers, lamps, storage and equipped with fresh white pressed linen and towels. Bathrooms There are two bathrooms. Downstairs there is a tiled shower room with a toilet and sink. The upstairs en-suite is a navy and white bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath, large separate shower, sink and toilet. Living Area The unique open plan living area has wonderful views across the harbour with paintings by local artists adorning the walls. The lounge area that steps up in the dining room has an open fireplace, wooden beamed ceiling, comfy seating and a flat screen TV. The double height ceiling in the kitchen/diner creates a spacious feel and is overlooked by the office mezzanine. There is large oak table with classic high back chairs to seat six. In the kitchen there is oodles of rustic charm with red brickwork, quirky tiles and colourful hanging crockery. There is an electric hob, an oven, a fridge and a large Belfast sink. Utility Area- In the basement downstairs there is a washing machine, clothes drying racks and a freezer. Office Mezzanine There is an office room off the master bedroom that overlooks the lounge. This can be used to catch up on a bit of work or simply a private space to relax with a book. Outside Space An amazing outdoor area with established trees, a gas BBQ, two natural stone built in tables with surround seating and the views of the harbour are just fantastic.
