The space Though connected to our home, you will enter via a separate door. Your indoor living space is separate from the main house. The kitchen DOESNT HAVE A STOVE/HOTPLATES, but the bbq is on hand for day & evening meals if required, plus air fryer & microwave. Guests are encouraged to ask for extra kitchen gear or other items that may be available to assist them to enjoy their stay. There is a washing machine free of charge & a dryer available for a modest fee. A Cot & highchair can be arranged free of charge, by prior arrangement. Please be advised that the main bedroom window overlooks part of the properties rear gardens, including the swimming pool. Day time general duties may need to be carried out in this area. As a result, this property is not suitable for guests booking a day time only stay, except under specific arrangements. Guest access Your private space is comprised of a queen bedroom, a private sitting room that can double as a second bedroom for two extra guests, a large private family sized bathroom with separate bath & shower, a separate toilet room, a combined kitchenette/laundry & a private courtyard accessed from your own gated entry. There are no internal or external steps. Other things to note Please contact us at The Waters with any enqiries or questions you may have prior to booking. This suite is attached to a family home with neighbouring houses. It is not suitable for day time only bookings, social gatherings/ parties or noisy events.
