The space The brick house (5 floors) is located in a quiet and green area. Metro in 5 minutes on foot (Pervomayskaya metro station). Nearby there are several cafes, pizza, hookah, many inexpensive grocery stores and a large park. The apartment has 3 rooms and one of them is available for living. The room keeps cool, even in very hot weather, it will be nice there. For those who find it too warm, there is a portable fan, and for those who often freeze — we will provide a heater. Guest access The room is divided into two zones: a "bedroom" with a double bed, a nightstand and a laptop table, and a "sitting area" with a folding sofa, a coffee table, a TV and a wardrobe where you can place your stuff. The room is locked with a key that you will have. You will also receive a key to the intercom and to the flat, so that you can return to it at any time. Clean bed linen and towels are provided. To get a hair dryer, iron, ironing board, first aid kit, heater, fan or something else — just let us know and you will definitely get it. The apartment has a kitchen with kitchenware, cooker, microwave, refrigerator and freezer — all you can use, cook and store food. The bathroom and toilet are separate. The bathroom has a washing machine, shampoos, shower gel, soap, toothpaste and washing powder. Other things to note Gas stove (powered by matches / lighters; do not leave the gas on without a flame). TV works via the Internet (TV catches Wi-Fi, you can watch Youtube or anything online, and you can connect a flash drive and watch something from it). Flooring in the room have a little squeak.
