A stylish, very spacious 3-bedroom stone cottage, recently refurbished to a high, boutique-style standard. Sleeps 6 people. Chester House is an ideal base for groups of hikers, mountain bikers or families wanting to explore Snowdonia. Dolgellau is a pretty little town, sitting in lovely walking country beneath the Cader Idris mountain range. The sea, and some delightful beaches are just down the road, too! There are lots of restaurants/cafes, pubs and supermarkets within a 5-minute walk. The space Very spacious stone-built cottage in the centre of Dolgellau, very close to local shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Accommodation comprises 3 bedrooms - en-suite king; double and a twin. The main bathroom has a roll-top bath and shower, the en-suite has a shower. Downstairs features a lounge/TV room; large dining room (seats 6); well-stocked kitchen (also has table for 6); conservatory and toilet. The conservatory is ideal for mountain bikers, offering excellent security, space for several bikes and power for charging electric bikes. There's a small garden with decking and an outside table/seating area. Rear parking space (for small car only). Guest access All parts of the house are yours to enjoy during your stay. There is a key-safe, so you'll be letting yourself in, anytime after 4.00pm on check-in day. Other things to note Chester House is ideal for mountain-bikers. The secure conservatory doubles as a safe bike store, offering plenty of space for bikes as well as charging facilities for electric bikes. The house is located in the heart of the old part of town but still just 400 meters from shops, pubs and cafes. Finally, we feel Chester House looks at its best when all the lamps are switched on, creating a restful and cosy environment. So, if you do decide to visit, please help yourself!
