Saratoga country side room with bath , share house on 3 1/2 acres surrounded by horse and dairy farms and all of the quaint charm of rural life yet only 15 minutes to Global Foundries and State Farm. kitchen use for cooking are only available for guess who are staying 7 days or longer washer dryer are also available only for guests and 7 days or longer and there is a charge of $5 per load washed and dried providing your own laundry detergent. There is a small 16 pound dog in the home. The space This lovely room has brand new full size mattress, comes with shared bath, pool, living room, deck and parking all in a quiet rural horse farm area of Saratoga County, 20 minutes to Global Foundries and State Farm, 1.9 miles to a small breakfast and lunch general store and great restaurant in the historic town of Charlton New York. 20-25 minutes to downtown Saratoga. Completely suitable for business ,vacation or leisure. Suitable for two(one bed) ; room price is for one quest. Second quest requires a small additional fee ; 2 quests must be chosen in the reservation request if there are 2 persons please. No eating in the bedrooms please. There is a small 16 pound rescue dog in the home. Guest access Bed room, shared bath, living room, deck, pool, yard and parking, strolling the 3 1/2 acres of beautiful countryside property as well. During your stay I can interact as much or as little as you need but I prefer my privacy. Other things to note Dog and Caged Cats could be welcome depending on the size and breed a $25.00 pet fee per day is charged at the time of arrival. Please check with host for pre-approval of a pet. Pet sitting is available for an extra charge to be determined after arrival and the dog/cat is interviewed. Generally pet sitting is $25-$35 per day depending on the services required which could include walks ,meds and meals. Weekly and monthly pet charges apply for extended stays.
