Bungalow can accommodates up to 4. Bungalow can be rented out only with the pool, if the main house is not rented, send a request. Rent will be $150 a night, minimum 2 nights. Children are not allowed in the Bungalow. Bungalow has attached bathroom/toilet & kitchenette. Other facilities include Sofa bed, dining set for 4, large TV, Microwave, portable Fan & heater bed linen, quilts, pillows, towels etc ACCESS TO THE MAIN HOUSE-accommodates 7 adults All guests have exclusive access the common areas of the entire house such as lounge, dining, kitchen, laundry, pool and the garden which is located on a 780 sq. meter property irrespective of the booking type. The property has 3 queen beds and one single bed. ADULTS Access to the bedrooms will be limited to the booking type, for example, * Booking for 1-2 adults will enable access to 1 bed room with a queen size bed. * If the guest require 2 bedrooms the 4 adult rate will apply. * Similarly if the guest require access to 3 bedrooms the 6 adult rate with apply. CHILDREN * rates are based on the number of rooms occupied as mentioned above Other things to note * The pool is not heated, during summer it takes 2-3 hot days to warm up *Children are not allowed in the bungalow. * Children under 10 years are not allowed in the pool unless supervised by a person 16 years or older. For children 0-5 a parent or guardian has to be in the water at all times with them. Please use the back door entrance bathroom for showers to enter the pool and shower after the pool. * Please do not use the fireplace as it is for decorative purposes only and not for use. The space heater is replaced by ducted heating hence the space heater is not functional. * No parties/gatherings/get togethers are allowed in the premises * Please keep noise down. Soft music inside the house is fine. No music outside the house. * Please note inviting other guests into the property will be chargeable unless you have prior permission *security cameras are outside/around the house, not inside the house
