CasaD is a charming villa, an oasis of peace immersed in a fully fenced garden of approximately 1500 m2, surrounded by trees and lawns: ideal for a relaxing stay in nature. The swimming pool, for exclusive use, equipped with sun loungers, sofas, external shower and bathroom, is open from May to October. The WOOD HEATED OPEN AIR "Tinozza Finnish" hydromassage tub for a pleasant relaxing bath, IN ALL SEASON, under a sky of stars, is an experience not to be missed. The space The house on one floor consists of 2 double bedrooms, living room, dining area with table for 8 people, 2 sofas including 1 double bed, equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle) and the bathroom with a spacious shower. External veranda of approximately 30 m2 overlooking the garden and swimming pool with 10-seater table and relaxation corner with sofas. During the autumn/winter season you can close the veranda to take advantage of the outdoor space. The villa is heated with a pellet stove creating a pleasant atmosphere during the cold days and/or by heat pumps. Barbecue area covered by a canopy: double wood and/or charcoal grill, fridge and sink awaits you for your barbecues. A large gazebo equipped with sofas and a table as a relaxation area overlooking the swimming pool. The pool is open from May to October. Recommended for families and groups of friends. Guest access CasaD is immersed in a charming grove, in a quiet and secluded location. The last 500 meters to reach it from the main road are on a dirt track, thus ensuring an atmosphere of total privacy and contact with nature. The location is rented for the exclusive use of guests. All areas are reserved for you. Access to the villa is from the gate Inside the garden there is a reserved area for parking, where a maximum of six cars can park.
