Perfect shared spaces inside and out for enjoyment and hosting. Linen and towels can be provided for a hire fee. Located just one hour north of Auckland City, the bach has three bedrooms, one bathroom, open plan living/kitchen/dining and some great outdoor living areas including a front porch that spills out onto the front lawn and a back yard with a large new deck that backs onto an estuary. The estuary flows under a small bridge through to Whangateau Harbour across the road which can be accessed by kayak (And yes there are two kayaks available for use in the garage! Amongst other things including a paddleboard, life jackets, barbeque etc.) The bedrooms have three queen sized beds a single bed bunk plus three spare mattresses which can go on the floor. The fourth bedroom is a nice new large sleep out under the pohutokawa with insulation, heating, power and lights. The sleep out has a double bed and a sofa double bed plus a small table. The bach has been recently renovated, has wifi accessible throughout the house and has been fitted out with all the comforts of that classic kiwi getaway.
